Freight is prepaid and added to invoices - this means freight is not free; you will pay shipping and handling on your order. Unfortunately, our shopping cart software cannot accurately calculate charges
for larger items where a weight and size factor is involved. Therefore, we must figure shipping on a per order basis, for larger items such as machines.
There will be addional charges for freight for orders over $100.00. PLEASE CALL BEFORE submitting your order for all orders in excess
of $100 or orders for outside of the United States All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on our website are good ONLINE ONLY, and are not applicable
in-store. These prices also do not include shipping or handling costs

Most orders are then shipped immediately upon receiving your confirmation of the freight charges (depending on stock availability and time received). This means we will not ship your order until we hear back from you with your approval of the shipping and handling charges.
Whether your package ships from our warehouse or from a supplier, we simply pass the charges on to you. The MINIMUM shipping charge is $5.95, and may increase depending on your location.

UPS Ground on most items to most locations (unless a rush shipment is requested) We do not ship via U.S. Post Office Mail (overseas shipments are sometimes the exception.)
We cannot ship to a Post Office Box. You must provide a physical address for shipping. We encourage you to ship to a commercial address whenever possible for the best shipping rate. For large overseas shipments, you must have a freight forwarding company, someone that can coordinate your shipment and address all of the corresponding logistics, customs, etc.

We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or harm caused by shipping delays,
use of products, errors in shipping, or damage to personnel,
lost income, and/or damage caused by the installation of said products.

Due to the weight and size variances of our products, calculating freight charges can be very complex.
You will be notified by email or telephone of the shipping and handling charges for your specific order, or orders in excess of $100.00 or shipping on orders outside the United States

Telescoping wands ship via UPS, and must ship in the "Oversize 2" category, which means that you are charged extra for the length of the item. Typical shipping and handling runs $25 - $35, but we will contact you with your specific freight charges.
Common Carrier on larger and heavier items (i.e., tanks, machines, chemicals, etc.)
A return goods authorization number must be obtained before merchandise is returned.
You will need to have your invoice number available.
All returns must be sent freight prepaid, except for items shipped in error.
All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Our shipping and handling charges are based on the total dollar amount of the order. These charges have been established to help offset the cost of processing your order while keeping the price of each item as low as possible. All orders are subject to verification.

Our standard shipping method is surface delivery. Customers living in the U.S. and U.S. territories should receive their orders within 7 to 10 business days (for in-stock items).

Express Delivery Services
Express delivery services are available to most areas of the continental United States, for in-stock items only. These services are not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Express Post Service

When you place an order at aqua-engineers.com you authorize our custom broker to act as your agent with customs and Revenue Canada to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes.
Aqua-Engineers.com will handle all merchandise returns and refund claims on your behalf. By waiving and transferring your right to receive the refund of duties and taxes to Aqua Engineers Direct's custom broker, we can refund the duty and taxes quickly and directly to you.

Backordered Merchandise
If items are temporarily out-of-stock, the total shipping and handling charges will be divided up proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that regardless of the number of packages sent out, the total shipping and handling charge will not be increased.
