Water Maze CLB Advanced Biological Treatment Systems are low-cost,
low maintenance bio-systems for treating wash water in golf, commercial and industrial applications.
Using bioremediation technology, the CLB BioSystems economically remove oil, grease, hydrocarbons and organic content from wash water that is
typically generated on the wash pad. The Water can then be recycled or discharged, depending on local discharge requirements.
The CLB's unique design features modular components so the system is customized to meet each customer's
application requirements as well as to keep the equipment cost and performance to what is only needed.
Unlike filtration systems which create a residue that must be disposed of properly, the CLB BioSystem incorporates BioStax 1800, a highly effective
blend of microbes that consumes and naturally converts waste to harmless H2O (water) and CO2 (carbon dioxide).
BioStax 1800 is nontoxic and free of pathogens. It meets all current and
proposed EPA regulations for biological treatment.

It provides a fully automated, environmentally friendly, low-cost 
way to manage standing wash water found in collection pits, tanks or sump drains.
The PM-1000 is designed to be integrated into most wastewater
treatment systems utilizing aeration and automatic injection of a highly
effective microbial agent (BioStax 1800) for eliminating oils, greases
and other hydrocarbons and organics typically found in collection pits or sump drains.
Bio Stax 1800 has proven to be very effective in controlling odor and
converting oils, greases, hydrocarbons into harmless
carbon dioxide and water. The aeration further enhances
the effectiveness of the microbes and provides odor control.
